PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In May 2017 a massive fire gutted the upper floors of three buildings in historic downtown Loveland, OH adjacent to the Little Miami Scenic Trail. Conger bc게임 보너스코드 Group was awarded the .2 million renovation project of one of the affected buildings. Out of the 9,600 SF, 7,600 SF of that is bar/restaurant, retail business, and hotel space. An additional 2,000 SF of outdoor seating will extend the bar and restaurant capacity.
